• Read the radio firmware upgrade page!
• Known Bugs
• CM9 Netflix seek bug (affects all CM9 phones).
• Google Wallet works, get it from Play Store.
• "Unsupported device" appears at the top of the screen.  This warning exists because your phone bootloader is unlocked and ROM is modified, indicating that they are not liable for losses as a result of your phone's security.
• Default Colors are brighter than stock.
• If you want to save more battery, adjust the color settings in Settings > Advanced to make the screen dimmer.

• Due to the radio firmware upgrade issues, you are advised to apply Sprint's FD02 version OTA upgrade prior to unlocking your bootloader and replacing the firmware.
• If you have not already, you need to unlock your bootloader.  Unlocking will wipe your phone entirely including /data and /sdcard.

How to unlock Galaxy Nexus bootloader

• While in the bootloader, use this command to flash CWM recovery.  (Instructions to make fastboot work on different operating systems coming soon.)

How to install CM9 on Sprint Galaxy Nexus

• Run Recovery.  It is *important* that you use the toroplus-specific CWM (or TWRP).  Users have reported strange problems with CM9 when they used a different recovery.
• Wipe /data and /cache.  CM9 boot will fail if you have leftover AOSP /data. 

• Flash CM9.

• Then optionally flash gapps if you want it.

• Read the radios page to upgrade to the latest radio.

• CM9 first boot will take a while.  You might show no signal at first.  Just keep waiting for the modem to settle down.

Update: 6/8/2012: All known regressions from stock AOSP to CM9 have now been fixed.  So this ROM should be no worse than the official ROM from Sprint.

• The Sprint "Phantom Voicemail" fix is included.   By default Message Wait Indicator type of voicemail notifications are suppressed, which is normal on Sprint.  If you use this phone with CM9 on a non-Sprint carrier, you may want to enable these voicemail notifications in Phone > Settings > Message Wait Indicator.
• The inverted compass bug is now fixed.

Sprint Galaxy Nexus Radio Images

Users of CM9 and other custom ROM's on their Sprint Galaxy Nexus (toroplus) are no longer able to upgrade their radio firmware via Sprint's official OTA upgrades.  This means you need to use either fastboot or recovery in order to flash modem upgrades.  Below are fastboot images and CWM recovery .zip's that you need to redo or upgrade your radio firmware for both CDMA and LTE.

If you experience weird radio issues, this is sometimes sign of corruption.  Try re-flashing your radio firmware from scratch, then do Settings > About phone > Sprint system updates where you are able to Update Profile and Update PRL.

If you use CM9 or other custom ROM's, you should flash directly to the latest version FD02.  Be warned that flashing CDMA takes almost 2 minutes.
